Job Title: Federal Proposal Writer

Employvision is seeking an experienced Federal Proposal Writer to join our team. As a Federal Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for writing high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, bid management, capture management, and dealing with US Federal government contracting. You will also have experience in responding to RFPs and other presales activities.

  • You will work closely with our sales teams to develop account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans.
  • You will prepare customer- and vertical-specific sales collateral, such as capability presentations, case studies, solution documents, and white papers.
Requirements
  • You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and proposal writing.
  • You should have a good understanding of US Federal government contracting, including contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs.
  • You should be well-versed in federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
