Job Title: IT Tender Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned IT tender specialist to spearhead our public sector IT solutions. This pivotal role will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the government procurement arena and fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Position:

This critical position oversees the management of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, ensuring seamless preparation, submission, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, encompassing product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead comprehensive tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure adherence to government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  • Coordinate effectively between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers
  • Analyze market opportunities in the government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
