We're seeking an experienced Tech Operations Specialist to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the entire go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, ensuring seamless integration of systems, tools, and processes.
About the Role
This position demands technical expertise in managing complex ecosystems, process optimization, and technology innovation. You will be responsible for:
- Streamlining GTM tech stacks through efficient tool usage, redundancy reduction, and data flow synchronization.
- Developing expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant tools, including Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong, etc.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to implement optimized workflows across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
- Creating actionable insights via reports and dashboards that track vital metrics, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign ROI.
- Managing tool onboarding and offboarding processes, vendor management, and user training.
- Leading data analysis efforts to uncover trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic enhancements.
- Driving continuous innovation by staying ahead of new features and capabilities across our GTM tools.
Requirements
To succeed in this dynamic role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, and at least 2–3 of the following: Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in B2B SaaS revenue operations models.
- Hands-on experience with SFDC administration, workflow development, custom fields, automation, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Passion for driving growth through innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)
