Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize operations, drive growth, and improve service delivery.

Project & Team Management

Operational & Process Excellence
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Required Skills & Attributes
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards, and financial systems is a plus.
