Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization across our expanding boutique hotel portfolio.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to shape and implement revenue strategies that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the revenue management strategy across multiple boutique hotels, driving growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities, recommend changes, and implement rate updates.
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends.
  • Utilize Cloudbeds (our Property Management System) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory.
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends.
  • Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.), ensuring seamless integration with our distribution strategy.
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjust as needed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide input on distribution strategy, including new channel opportunities or rate plan adjustments, to drive revenue growth and improve competitiveness.
  • Recommend process improvements and support training of junior staff or revenue support roles, if applicable.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue metrics and forecasting techniques, with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (data modeling, pivot tables, trend analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with OTAs and a dynamic pricing tool, with familiarity with Cloudbeds or similar Property Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently, think critically, and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience working remotely or with international teams is highly valued.
