Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Junior Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability for our hotel portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in revenue management and work with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior Revenue Managers with daily analysis and reporting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely data is presented to stakeholders.
- Monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content and rates to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and maximize bookings.
- Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or sales support role.
- A strong interest in revenue management and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, property management systems (PMS), and OTA extranets.
- A comprehensive training program in hotel revenue management, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
