Job PurposeThe Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing and managing distributors and promoters to effectively promote prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges. They will also be responsible for ensuring distributor monthly target achievements and appointing and managing channel partners in defined market geography.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver revenue and sales targets
- Appoint and manage channel partners in defined market geography
- Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure, investment, and involvement for reliable and effective service and winning against competition
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
- Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary
- 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- Effective distributor management
- Motivate team and build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- English and local market language
- Can interpret and construct performance reports
