This is a Human Resources Manager role that requires a strategic partner during the transition phase and an operational delivery manager post-transition.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in process transformation, technology enablement, and data requirements, as well as strong leadership and governance skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to support the definition of process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements
  • Leading HR work transitions into regional locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders
  • Overseeing readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization
  • Coordinating process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the organization and employees
  • Developing and implementing transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard and escalation frameworks
  • Participating in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level
  • SUPPORTING successful transition and implementation of HR Operations by driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources
  • Providing oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations, and ensuring successful transition of all in scope activities to the respective Regional center
  • Providing oversight for business stabilization efforts post HR GBS HR Operations go-live and supporting change management efforts
