We are seeking an HR professional to take on a leadership role at our organization. This is a high-impact position that requires over 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of leading an HR department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment, performance management, payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals. They will also design training programs, shape the company culture, and support event planning.

This is not a back-office role. The HR leader will work closely with senior management to help shape the organization's culture, streamline systems, lead hiring, and ensure every employee thrives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment
  • Lead performance, KRA, and incentive systems
  • Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals
  • Design training, shape culture, and support event planning
  • Be the go-to person for both people and process

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR department
  • Experience working with HR software
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • You believe in systems and people
  • Based in Solapur or open to relocating
