Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our HR function.

About the Role

This critical position oversees all aspects of human resources, including performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting and periodic assessments.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
  • Assist with administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Guide leadership on salary revisions and bonuses.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Learning and Development:
  • Identify training needs across job roles.
  • Develop and implement workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement and productivity.
  • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required. A PG degree in HR from a reputable institute is preferred. The ideal candidate will have minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in IT/ITES. Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent computer skills in MS Office are essential.
