Lead Regional Operations Manager Role

You will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal stakeholders, ensuring timely support and quality standards.
  • Own the customer experience from project initiation to handover.
  • Resolve region-specific issues within committed timelines.
  • Facilitate issue resolution through effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Empower and hire top talent to strengthen your regional team.
  • Maintain adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Ensure Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
