As a key player in our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the design and manufacturing of our products from concept to delivery. Your expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM), printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) process, testability, and design for assembly (DFA) analysis will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct DFM analysis on PCBA and fabrication processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize our manufacturing processes.
- Perform testability analysis and generate reports, ensuring that our products meet required standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design for manufacturing requirements and rules, aligning them with set targets.
- Develop and disseminate regular DFx Reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights into our progress and performance.
- Mentor and guide colleagues towards effective deliverables, training them on relevant tools and software as needed.
- A minimum 4-7 years' experience in DFM, PCBA, testability, and DFA analysis is required.
- Bachelor of Technology in Electronics or related field; Diploma in Electronics or related field is also acceptable.
Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, coaching, and mentoring skills are mandatory, as well as conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
