Drive Innovation as a Senior Product Development Director

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our product development team, driving innovation and excellence in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product technology strategy for our SaaS platform.
  • Provide technical leadership, including architecture design, code reviews, and development contributions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing SaaS-based products from concept to launch.
  • Hands-on coding experience in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js).
  • Demonstrated success with real-world products that achieved significant adoption – with evidence of subscribers, downloads, and user growth.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS deployment models.
  • Expertise in system architecture, API design, microservices, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
