The ideal candidate will drive product innovation and development, aligning with industry trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the new product development process from concept to market launch
  • Stay updated on color cosmetics trends and analyze consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative products meeting brand standards
  • Manage vendor relationships for quality and timely delivery
  • Oversee testing processes for product efficacy and safety
  • Maintain product quality throughout the production phases
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop product launch strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in New Product Development within the color cosmetics industry
  • Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes
