About This Role

As an innovative product designer, you will play a key part in developing cutting-edge products that enhance daily life through ergonomic solutions. Our mission is to create the next generation of products that empower individuals to live better.

We are seeking an experienced product development professional with expertise in designing and developing mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic components for mobility, automotive, or structural products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Prototype: Design wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Market Insights: Assist in gathering insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development.
  • Structural Engineering: Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures with FEA validation.
  • Integration: Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
  • Testing: Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
  • Optimization: Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • B.E./M.E. in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
