Product Development Role

The primary objective of this position is to convert product concepts into producible designs, streamline manufacturing processes, and incorporate customer feedback into every iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain technical product drawings for products.
  • Collaborate with production teams to standardize manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings.
  • Work with design and operations to strike a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Integrate user/customer feedback into the development cycle of products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new designs, materials, and assembly methods.
  • Support quality checks and product testing for durability, ergonomics, and usability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure version control for product designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of engineering experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing processes.
  • Practical problem-solving mindset with a focus on implementation.
  • Exposure to product testing and standardization.
