Product Strategy and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to drive the growth of our product pipeline through innovative strategies and effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement early-stage evaluation processes for new product opportunities, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions
  • Build robust product pipelines by identifying novel molecules through in-house R&D or strategic partnerships with domestic and global players
  • Design and execute effective pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share
  • Lead market entry strategies across new geographies, products, and therapeutic areas, driving business growth and expansion
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and business support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, to deliver successful product launches
  • Manage complex agreements, negotiate contracts, and oversee due diligence and execution for key business projects
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Monitor competitive developments and define strategies to maintain a strong market edge and drive innovation
