Product Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ergonomic wheelchair frames, drive modules, and components that promote comfort and well-being.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights on consumer trends to inform product development strategies.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures with advanced FEA validation techniques.
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural designs to create efficient products.
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery of our products.
  • Perform thorough testing for durability, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost-effectiveness, weight reduction, and performance enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development, preferably in mobility, automotive, or structural products.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
