• We are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the role of Transformational Leader for High-Performance Engineering within our organization.

About the Role:

• This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving high-performance engineering and testing strategies across our digital products.
• You will lead a team of performance engineers and testers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive high-performance testing and engineering strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of performance engineers and testers.
3. Performance Testing: Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of performance tests utilizing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload.
4. Performance Engineering: Implement performance engineering practices to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance of digital products.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance performance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Reporting and Metrics: Establish and maintain performance testing metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into performance trends and issues.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate performance testing results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading performance testing and engineering teams within large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI and automation in Performance testing.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
