We are seeking an Agile Coach to lead our organization's SAFe Agile transformation.

As an Agile Coach, you will promote SAFe principles and practices across the organization. You will assess our Agile maturity and create a roadmap for improvement. You will coach and mentor Agile roles such as Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and team members to elevate their Agile performance. You will facilitate events like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's degree with 4–6 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or Agile business processes
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Diploma with 10–12 years of relevant experience
  • Proven knowledge of SAFe framework and Agile coaching
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools
  • SAFe for Teams certification is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
  • Advanced certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
