Program Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our large-scale transformation programs.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing delivery teams and a proven track record of success in project management.
  • They will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality expectations.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with technology groups and scrum teams to drive project execution, provide thought leadership, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement program strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure issue resolution, and provide regular status updates.
  4. Analyze project performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
