  • Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI and automation in performance testing.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing and engineering strategies.
  • Manage a team of performance engineers and testers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain performance testing metrics and reporting mechanisms.
  • Communicate performance testing results and insights to stakeholders.
