Talent Engagement Manager

As a key member of the Weekday team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and motivation. This includes planning and coordinating team-building activities, events, and workshops to promote a positive workplace culture.
You will also be responsible for creating and managing wellbeing programs, including wellness initiatives, fitness activities, and mental health support services. Additionally, you will facilitate effective communication between employees and management, ensuring an open and transparent environment.
Other key responsibilities include developing feedback systems to address employee concerns and enhance the overall employee experience, establishing and managing rewards and recognition programs to celebrate outstanding performance and contributions, and leading initiatives focused on improving the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and dynamics.
- Ability to create and execute innovative employee engagement strategies.
- Event management experience is a valuable asset.
