Talent Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee motivation and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities, events, and workshops to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Create and manage wellbeing programs, including wellness initiatives, fitness activities, and mental health support services.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management, ensuring an open and transparent environment.
- Develop feedback systems to address employee concerns and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Establish and manage rewards and recognition programs to celebrate outstanding performance and contributions.
- Lead initiatives focused on improving the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may impact employee satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and dynamics.
- Ability to create and execute innovative employee engagement strategies.
- Event management experience is a valuable asset.
