Strategic Talent Engagement Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Engagement Manager to join our team at Maplegreen Services LLP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring the happiness and success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and manage wellbeing initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities, and mental health support services.
- Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the overall employee experience.
- Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
- Implement initiatives to improve the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
