Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation

• Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops to foster a positive workplace culture

• Develop and manage well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities, and mental health support services

• Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management

• Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the overall employee experience

• Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, events, or employee engagement

• Minimum 4+ years of experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior

• Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies
