Lead the design and execution of HR processes, standards, and tools to achieve business objectives.

Support the monitoring and analysis of organizational, financial, and HR metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in HR or a related field.

Strategic advisor with a proven track record of contributing to business strategy and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Able to think critically and solve problems effectively, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
