About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our end-to-end human resources functions, bringing strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, driving employee engagement and productivity.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure alignment with company objectives, leveraging HR metrics and analytics.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights on workforce productivity, engagement, and retention, ensuring effective talent management.

Organizational Culture & Engagement:

  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive work environment and high employee engagement, including diversity and inclusion programs, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, policies, and processes, providing expert guidance and support.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Administer talent by partnering with managers to identify talent gaps and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring the right people in the right roles.
  • Lead hiring for plant and support functions, including blue-collar, staff, and frontline roles, coordinating with recruitment partners and ensuring timely onboarding and induction.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Law:

  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations, maintaining audit-ready documentation and liaising with statutory bodies when required.
  • Maintain harmonious relations with white-collar and blue-collar employees to avoid any unrest and to ensure optimal productivity, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Partner with HSE teams to drive all people Health & Safety initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.

Performance & Talent Management:

  • Drive performance culture through effective performance management process, administering the annual performance appraisal cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year, and final evaluations.
  • High potential identification and development, leading succession planning by building succession talent pool across all levels, ensuring future readiness.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives and capability building across levels, enhancing employee skills and competencies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

A master's degree in HR or related field, 15+ years of experience in HR roles, significant exposure to manufacturing/industrial setups, strong understanding and experience in end-to-end employee life cycle management, business and strategic orientation, expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS platforms, ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
