Job Title: Training and Development Facilitator

Role Summary:

The Training and Development Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of core training programs, including planning, organization of resources, communication with stakeholders, confirmation and prep of facilitators, material and communications preparation.

This role will also support L&D communication design, planning and execution, manage Learning Management System (LMS) set up and maintenance, manage learning platform licenses, and support project management tasks including status reporting, metrics gathering and analysis and risk/issue management.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the creation of new training content and materials, partner with the L&D team in strategic L&D initiatives as needed, facilitate training events as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of core training programs
  • Support L&D communication design, planning and execution
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) set up and maintenance
  • Manage learning platform licenses
  • Support project management tasks
  • Assist in the creation of new training content and materials
  • Partner with the L&D team in strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate training events as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
