Training Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position includes managing all core training programs including coordinating planning, organization of resources, communication with stakeholders, confirmation and preparation of facilitators, materials and communications.
Responsibilities also include supporting learning & development communication design, planning and execution, managing the setup and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), managing learning platform licenses, supporting project management tasks including status reporting, metrics gathering and analysis, and risk/issue management.
- L&D initiatives require strategic partnerships with the L&D team as needed.
- Assist in the creation of new training content and materials for various projects.
- Facilitate training events as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
A successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, experience with Learning Management Systems, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
