About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Coach teams in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and provide resources needed for teams to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Track team performance metrics and facilitate feedback and collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in Agile team facilitation and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
