Job Title: Agile Project Facilitator

As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the Scrum framework, coordinating and planning sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Project Management: Aligning project scope and timelines with business objectives;
  • Sprint Facilitation: Coordinating and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Agile Coaching: Mentoring team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework best practices;
  • Communication & Collaboration: Fostering internal communication and effective collaboration across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Strong familiarity with software development processes;
  • Expertise in Scrum methodologies and artifacts;
  • Proficiency in other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.);
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated servant leadership abilities;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field;
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is highly desirable.
