Scrum Master Role

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate smooth workflows and remove impediments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring the effectiveness of cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective Agile methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain actionable dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Communicate complex ideas through clear and concise messaging.
  • Develop strong situational awareness to address emerging challenges.
  • Improve team collaboration through conflict resolution and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-12 years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile, ADO boards, and Agile estimating techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sprint Forecasting and Agile project management.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint technology (preferably SharePoint 2019).
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with emphasis on servant leadership principles.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Information:
