Job Title: Scrum Team Facilitator

The role of a Scrum Master Lead Analyst is that of a leader and coach for a scrum team, facilitating team events and processes to support teams and agile release trains in delivering value.


About the Role:
  • This leadership position requires someone with expertise in agile methodologies, specifically scrum team facilitation.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the scrum team, ensuring they are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • They will also be accountable for identifying and driving process improvement opportunities, tracking sprint execution metrics, and facilitating effective Scrum team meetings.
  • Maintaining high-performing teams, protecting them from distractions, and facilitating inter-team cooperation are essential responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10-13 years of experience in a related technical/business area or equivalent work experience.
  • A college degree (Bachelor) in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Scaled Agile Framework certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA software tool and tracking program increment execution at the scrum team level is necessary.
  • Proven experience with agile methodology, including scrum team leadership, is required.
