Job OverviewKey Responsibilities:
  • Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily standup meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Iteration Planning: Assist the team in planning and estimating work for upcoming sprints, preventing over-commitment and scope creep.
  • Sprint Reviews: Participate in sprint review meetings and capture feedback from stakeholders.
  • Retrospectives: Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the sprint, identify actionable improvements, and enhance team performance.
  • Team Support and Coaching: Act as a servant leader and support the team's needs.
  • Individual 1-on-1s: Meet with team members individually to address concerns and promote collaboration.
  • Internal Consulting: Consult with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices.
  • Process Management: Manage the Scrum board and ensure cards are up-to-date.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyse burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress.
Objectives:
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum processes within the organisation.
  • Guide the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Scrum principles and strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
