Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives.
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint / release progress.
  • Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments to team progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Ensure alignment of Agile processes with organizational goals and project objectives.
  • Track and manage Agile metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

Experience:

5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
