Agile Coach Position

This is a highly sought-after role that requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Agile Framework Facilitation:
  • Facilitate regular Program Increment (PI) planning, including preparation for PI planning, drafting of the PI plans, coordination with other teams, creation of PI objectives, and review of the final plan.
  • Coordinate with teams to refine backlogs and ensure effective implementation of Scrum frameworks.
  • Ensure Technical and Functional Grooming's are held and effective following the Scrum framework.
  • Scrum of Scrums Meetings:
  • Organize Scrum of Scrums meetings to enable teams to plan and coordinate their work and inspect progress toward sprint plans.
  • Team Support:
  • Support teams in reviewing and demoing their progress and gathering feedback to improve solutions under development.
  • Lead team retrospectives and create improvement backlogs.
  • Metric Analysis:
  • Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Challenge Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve team challenges and conflicts, removing impediments in every sprint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coach stakeholders and non-agile team members on effective interactions and best practices on Agile methodology.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in a large enterprise.
  • Certification:
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience in Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe.
  • 3-5 years' experience in IT project management.
  • Good experience with Agile technologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours with minimum 3 hours overlap with US ET Time zone.
