At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • The successful candidate will coach team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
  • This role involves working closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized according to business goals.
  • As a facilitator, you will remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the project lifecycle.
  • This includes monitoring and reporting on the team's progress, productivity, and overall performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a similar capacity in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience implementing them effectively.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide teams in Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent are highly desirable.
