Agile Coach

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and adaptability by guiding teams in adopting Agile practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders through expert facilitation skills.
  • Support the growth and development of team members, enhancing their skills and work ownership.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects customer needs and organizational goals, working closely with Product Owners.
  • Identify and resolve impediments hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • [X] years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience scaling Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
  • Leadership or management experience.
