Scrum Master Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team.

Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will also guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and possess strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
