Project Visionary:

  • Guides cross-functional teams in the execution of agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean.
  • Assumes a leadership role in facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other key agile ceremonies.
  • Develops project plans, timelines, and strategic objectives to drive results.
  • Monitors project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Designs and implements change management strategies to support project initiatives.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to team members on agile best practices and processes.
  • Ensures timely delivery of projects with high quality standards and excellence.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications are desired.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in software development, IT projects, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and other collaboration platforms.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an agile coach or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
