Leadership Role: Director Of Engineering

Drive strategic business outcomes across multiple teams through effective planning and execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define priorities and deliverables.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of software solutions, including team ownership of monitoring and production issue remediation.
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering Management.
  • Proven track record of managing managers and indirect reports.
  • Experience hiring and developing empowered teams and managers.
  • Global distribution experience and success.
  • Expertise in designing, building, and scaling SaaS software products with user-centric design.
  • Strong infrastructure operations and cost management skills.
  • Self-motivated leader with a bias towards action and the ability to balance between completion and perfection.
