Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead and manage complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning sessions, coordinate with staff and internal resources, manage project progress, ensure projects meet deadlines, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, oversee project documentation, conduct project review, create detailed reports, optimize processes, secure growth opportunities, and initiate new projects.

The key responsibilities of the project director include:

  • Lead project planning sessions and set clear goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects to drive business expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
