About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint & PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos and backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work with Product Owners, Product and Solution Management, and partners to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Teams / ART by leading retrospectives and encouraging innovation.

Requirements:

  • Mastery in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Align
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges with data
  • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a multi-functional team
