Job Title: Agile Project Lead

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables;
  • Lead daily Scrum meetings and facilitate workshops to ensure team alignment and progress tracking;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed;
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Agile methodologies, preferably as a Scrum Master;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification;
  • Strong proficiency in Agile practices, processes, and artifacts;
  • Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and best practices;
  • Experience working with JIRA/Kanban boards and tools like Jira Align;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
