Scrum Master Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management and Agile methodologies.

About the Role:

  • Lead application development projects with full SDLC process in an agile environment.
  • Manage project scope and timeline, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy working on it.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of solid Project Management experience with overall 12-15 years of IT experience.
  • Experience in Application development projects as a project manager.
  • Experience in a scrum master role.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).
  • Good knowledge of Jira (Atlassian) and Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
  • Scrum master certification is a must.
