Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for supply & demand planning.
  • Formulate and implement plans to ensure targeted demand growth.
  • Lead the category team and handle their responsibilities.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.
  • Enhance customer wallet share through strategic initiatives.
  • Guide the team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Manage team performance and ensure target delivery.
  • Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category.
  • Develop the team's skills to enhance business growth.
  • Analyze data to identify process gaps and improve business numbers.
  • Ensure smooth communication with the team and gather real-time feedback.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to train, coach, and support team members.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in making reports, interpreting them, and driving insights.
  • High ownership and responsiveness at all times.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
