- Demonstrate thorough understanding of our product's capabilities and limitations.
- Identify and recommend solutions that address specific customer needs and use cases.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our product.
- Own and drive the renewal process, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in customer success, SaaS platform utilization, and/or post-sales consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
- Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.
