Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections between top talent and leading organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Work with contractors and consultants to provide timely updates on contracts, including renewals, terminations, and performance tracking.
  • Support HR managers with the onboarding process for newly hired contractors, consultants, or employees, focusing on effective integration and optimal job placement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets to track various items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend regular team meetings and client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and explore opportunities for growth and development.
  • Coordinate meetings and make reservations for senior management, prioritizing their schedule and ensuring smooth communication channels.
  • Provide support with managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily, and optimizing candidate sourcing and screening processes.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal, streamlining the hiring process and enhancing collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Review and track updates published on the client portal, maintaining transparency and open communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Leverage principles of candidate sourcing and screening, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Assist with coordinating background checks and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement process improvements, driving continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Offer support during high-volume periods when direct recruitment is required, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Contribute to creating a Monthly KPI Report (Key Performance Indicator), analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment outcomes.
