Job Title: Visionary Merchandising Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive merchandising professional to manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order inquiry to final shipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of trims and fabrics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient decision-making.
  • Develop samples and provide product recommendations that meet buyer requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare and manage Time and Action (TNA) calendars for each order, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on raw material sourcing, production progress, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor order status and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to achieve optimal pricing strategies.
  • Manage buyer communications regarding order updates, changes, and queries, providing prompt and courteous responses.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.
